The clinic environment
You’ll work within a modern Boots Hearingcare clinic, designed to support a smooth, professional customer journey, including:
1. A welcoming reception and consultation space
2. Structured appointment systems and diaries
3. Strong clinical, operational, and admin support
4. Close collaboration with Audiologists and store teams
Everything is built around delivering a calm, organised, and reassuring experience for every customer.
The Role:
As a Hearingcare Host, you’ll:
5. Be the first point of contact for customers, creating a warm and professional welcome
6. Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, check-ins, and reschedules
7. Make daily confirmation calls to help reduce no-shows
8. Respond to general enquiries about hearing tests, hearing aids, and aftercare
9. Engage with in-store customers to raise awareness of hearing services and encourage bookings
10. Support clinic administration, including payments, stock control, and filing
11. Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming clinic environment
This is a store-based role, working 5 days per week, including some weekends.
