The Role
This is a prime opportunity for an experienced Employment Principal Associate to join the thriving Employment practice. You'll play a key role in advising on complex, high-stakes issues while contributing to the department's continued growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing a mixed caseload of contentious & non-contentious matters ranging from TUPE, redundancy matters, tribunal cases, whistleblowing and more. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a broader caseload.
* Building and maintaining a strong network of contacts, both with clients and industry groups. This firm deals with a broad range of clients spanning various sectors including retail, leisure, sports, HNW / UHNW individuals and more. They also have a strong reputation in the public sector / charities space, giving any fee-earner the opportunity to either specialise or manage a broad array of work.
The ideal candidate will have:
* 6+ years of PQE as a qualified Solicitor
* A proactive approach to developing client relationships and industry networks.
* Excellent organisational skills and a passion for tackling challenging legal work.
