Job Title: Learning Support Assistant (Secondary Focus)
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £460 - £600 per week
Contract Type: Full time, long-term / Day-to-day
Start Date: Immediately

About the Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with secondary students, supporting both learning and personal development in and out of the classroom.
Responsibilities:
* Provide targeted support to secondary students in lessons and interventions
* Assist teachers with planning and classroom delivery
* Support students with additional learning needs
* Promote engagement, confidence and independence in learning
* Help manage behaviour and encourage positive attitudes
* Track and report student progress where required
* Contribute to a safe and supportive learning environment
Qualifications:
* Experience working with secondary-aged students is preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build positive relationships with students
* A patient, adaptable and supportive approach
