The successful Year 3 Teacher will take part in pre-term planning prior to January 2026, will attend induction in January 2026, and will be teaching from January 2026 as the Year 3 Teacher. Year 3 Teacher Responsibilities
The Year 3 Teacher will plan sequenced mathematics and English lessons as the Year 3 Teacher, lead practical science and enquiry topics as the Year 3 Teacher, and run targeted interventions as the Year 3 Teacher. The Year 3 Teacher will monitor progress, present data in phase meetings and liaise with parents during the school year following January 2026. Year 3 Teacher Requirements & profile
We require a Year 3 Teacher with QTS, secure KS2 practice and a collaborative outlook. The Year 3 Teacher should be reflective, creative and data-literate. Availability for planning prior to January 2026, induction in January 2026, and to start teaching from January 2026 as the Full-Time Year 3 Teacher is essential.
