Key Account Manager / Contract Services Manager
Trinity Fire & Security Systems (part of PTSG – Premier Technical Services Group)
Location: Based South (National Coverage)
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + car or allowance + benefits
Responsibilities
* Own the full lifecycle of major service contracts – from mobilisation to delivery and renewals.
* Build trusted, long‑term partnership with key clients.
* Oversee planning, service, and operations to ensure consistent performance and profitability.
* Monitor SLAs and KPIs, resolve issues quickly, and identify improvement opportunities.
* Support technical teams on site and ensure compliance with BS5839 and relevant standards.
* Attend client meetings across the UK – typically 1–2 days per week of travel.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of fire alarm systems and BS5839 standards.
* A proactive, problem‑solving mindset and a customer‑first attitude.
* Confidence in managing high‑value contracts and multiple stakeholders.
* A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when needed.
