Milk Education is working in partnership with a large, inclusive, and community-focused primary school in Edmonton to recruit a passionate and dedicated Class Teacher. This school sits at the heart of its local community and is recognised for its welcoming ethos, strong pastoral care, and commitment to helping every child succeed.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ECT or experienced teacher to join a supportive and collaborative team within a diverse school setting that values creativity, high expectations, and staff wellbeing.
The Role:
1. Full-time Class Teacher position within a thriving primary school
2. Planning and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons in line with the national curriculum
3. Supporting pupils from a wide range of cultural, linguistic, and educational backgrounds
4. Creating a safe, positive, and stimulating learning environment
5. Monitoring and assessing pupil progress to inform effective teaching
6. Working closely with colleagues, parents, and support staff to support pupil development
The Ideal Candidate:
7. Holds QTS (or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification)
8. Has experience teaching in a UK primary school
9. Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills
10. Is inclusive, reflective, and committed to ongoing professional development
11. Has a genuine passion for working in a diverse community school
