As a Manager, you will ensure that all day-to-day operational aspects of the store are managed effectively, driving sales, and providing exceptional customer service to our customers.

Store Manager Responsibilities:
7. Responsible for all aspects of store operations, including managing staff, inventory management, sales and revenue generation, and customer service satisfaction
8. Develop strategies and plans to increase store sales and profitability, while ensuring adherence to company policies and standards
9. Manage staffing levels and schedules
10. Ensuring that team members are providing high-quality customer service
11. Train, mentor, and coach team members, promoting skill development and providing opportunities for growth
12. Monitor and review store performance and provide routine reports to senior management
13. Ensure that store facilities and equipment are maintained and in good condition
14. Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and senior management
Experience and background:
15. Retail experience as a Store Manager or equivalent
16. Currently managing KPIs and budgets to improve their current store performance
17. Has a track record of driving sales and performance
18. Confident leader and motivator
19. Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service
20. Business orientated, to help move a retail store forward
