The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Assistant should have:
11. Previous experience in an administrative or HR-related role.
12. Knowledge of HR procedures and employment regulations within the healthcare industry.
13. Proficiency in using office software, such as word processors and spreadsheets.
14. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
