Occupational therapy is key in enabling our residents to day-to-day activities that are important to them. Ourcare home provides specialist neurological rehabilitation care for 18 to 65-year-olds. You'll help us make health happen by: Provide therapeutic care management for residents by delivering bespoke clinical management programmes Evaluate progress, reassessing and altering treatments as required Providing support and communication in an understandable way to residents, carers and other staff members Completing any admin duties such as maintaining clinical records and dealing with enquiries in a timely manner Delivering a reliable, co-ordinated Therapy service Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role: A naturally caring individual, who holds a degree in Occupational Therapy, HCPC Registration, membership of the Royal College of Occupational Therapy desirable Significant experience of working with clients with complex needs Experienced in assessment and equipment provision, thermoplastic splinting, cognitive retraining, RPAB, COTNAB and SMART assessment methods, community reintegration An effective communicator, with theability to lead, mentor and supervise a team in a complex therapy setting, always looking tomake a difference to people's lives Benefits Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
