This position is located in Belfast, with the opportunity for hybrid working following an initial training period. About the Role Update and maintain accurate mortgage records and documentation Oversee mortgage completions and batch processing, ensuring all conditions are met prior to the release of mortgage funds to solicitors or borrowers Respond to post-offer queries from solicitors, resolving any outstanding matters before completion Handle mortgage support queries in a timely and professional manner Deliver ongoing assistance to customers using the organisation's online mortgage and savings platforms Develop and retain a thorough understanding of company products and services to address more complex customer issues Carry out a range of administrative and reporting responsibilities as required Assist with regulatory reporting tasks, ensuring compliance and meeting required deadlines Essential Criteria Minimum of 6 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above, to include English and Maths Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry At least 2 years' experience in a customer service-focused role Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident in using IT systems Strong organisational abilities, demonstrating effective prioritisation and the ability to work independently Benefits / Package Generous employer pension contribution of 20% Hybrid working available upon completion of training Annual performance-related bonus scheme 25 days annual leave plus up to 12 bank holidays An additional day off to celebrate your birthday Option to buy additional annual leave through the Holiday Purchase Scheme To speak in absolute confidence about this opportunity, please send an up-to-date CV via the link provided or contact Alex Deery at Honeycomb on.
