You may have previous experience as a Sales Assistant, Retail Assistant, or in a Customer Care environment. Position Details
We are looking for a part-time Customer Advisor to join our Pavers team in Plymouth on a 12-hour per week temporary contract.
The role requires good availability, including a mix of weekend and weekday shifts.
Pay, Hours & Benefits
£11.70 per hour for 21+ (18-20 £9.60 per hour; 16-17 £7.85 per hour). After completing the retail induction PaSS stages, pay increases to £12.05 per hour for 21+ (18-20 £9.87; 16-17 £8.07).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Advising customers on shoe care and accessories to meet their needs, achieving daily KPIs
* Being self-aware, questioning, learning, and taking responsibility
* Maintaining a friendly, engaging, and positive attitude as a team player
* Supporting store standards, product placement, and stockroom management
