What youll be doing
No two days will be the same. Youll be at the centre of all things people, including:
* Managing ER casework disciplinaries, grievances, absence, redundancy & more
* Leading end-to-end recruitment: job specs, interviews, feedback, onboarding
* Owning the employee lifecycle from starter to leaver
* Maintaining and reporting on HRIS data with accuracy and confidence
* Coordinating benefits, inductions, and company-wide HR admin
* Supporting HR projects and policy development
* Providing payroll information
* Organising company social events because culture matters
