1. Able to work a 5 over 7 shift pattern working nights 6pm - 4am
2. Experience in a similar role within FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods)
3. Ability to work in a safe manner and consider the safety of others
4. A good attention to detail with a firm focus on Quality and Health & Safety
5. Able to adapt well to change and undertake a variety of activities across our operation
6. Demonstrating teamwork and communicating effectively developing relationships with team members and other teams across the site

You'll be working at the very heart of a versatile shift team and not just clocking-in, powering our 24/7 food manufacturing operation. Your commitment will help Warburtons manufacture and deliver products that are unbeatable in quality, making you an invaluable player in our success story. As a Team Member, you'll flex your skills across multiple departments, from maintaining hygiene standards to manning the production line and warehouse. Working with innovative bakery machinery and automated plant equipment will be your bread and butter, and at times, you'll be the maestro orchestrating these operations in our food manufacturing wonderland.

Key Accountabilities and Measures
7. Takes responsibility for putting safety first and always behaves in a manner to ensure own safety and that of others.
8. Providing basic support and guidance within the team, leading by example
9. Complies with all relevant Health, Safety, Environment and Food Safety standards and working practices.
10. Takes an active role to identify and deliver Health, Safety, Environment and Food Safety improvements (e.g. involvement in audits and document reviews.)
11. Takes responsibility for operating a wide range of equipment across the Operation to deliver site standards.
12. Adheres to site processes and procedures to ensure safe and efficient operation to produce and deliver unbeatable quality products.
13. Delivers all Hygiene and Housekeeping activities to achieve Company standards.
14. Undertakes visual inspection and validation of hygiene activities, ensuring any risks are identified and appropriate actions are taken.
15. Takes an active role to identify and deliver Hygiene and Housekeeping improvements.
16. Takes responsibility for producing and delivering unbeatable quality products to Warburtons standards.
17. Responsible for putting Warburtons quality culture at the heart of their role
18. Makes decisions as appropriate to ensure all product is in line with Company standards.
