We are delighted to be recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our fast-paced Distribution and Logistics operation in South Normanton. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive people leader who thrives in a hands-on environment and is passionate about creating a high-performing, safety-focused culture. As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will supervise the day-to-day activities of our Warehouse Operational Team, ensuring the smooth, safe and efficient running of the site. You will inspire, motivate and develop colleagues to achieve agreed KPIs and service targets, while maintaining the high standards of safety, quality and operational excellence expected within Eurocells network.
