* £45k-£50k

The role:
* Manage the day to day 'hands on' creative workflow of creatives, designers, account managers etc
* Work closely with heads of department to ensure projects are efficiently and sufficiently resourced across the business.
* Ensure that the best craft of work is delivered on time and to budget
* Always looking to improve systems efficiencies where you can
* Track resource with the finance department, being involved in SOW conversations and effectively avoiding over-servicing
* Understand the team's skill set, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
* Source freelance talent when required and onboard new freelancers
* Be on top of all projects to provide the correct resource and pipeline plan
* Run resource meetings and enforce process to ensure most efficient ways of working
* Conflict management when needed
* Continue to develop processes to adapt to a range of outputs, and project types.
The person:
* Experience in a similar role - resource/traffic/studio manager role
* Solid creative agency experience
* Ideally have used resource management tools, float would be beneficial
* Ideally understanding of small agency set ups
* Black book of freelancers is helpful
* Driven and passionate team player
* Strong problem solver
* Work effectively under pressure and deal with issues confidently and diplomatically
* Great organisation skill and attention to detail
* Experience recruiting, onboarding, and seeing through freelance contracts
* Approachable and personable
