What You’ll Do
* Process payroll for 600+ employees using a computerisedHRIS
* Administer superannuation contributions and SuperStreamprocesses
* Manage leave entitlements including Long Service Leave
* Provide guidance on payroll-related matters to employeesand supervisors
* Assist with audits, reconciliations, and year-endprocesses
* Support HRIS configuration and reporting
About You
You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate aboutdelivering great service. You’ll bring:
* Extensive experience in payroll processing
* Strong knowledge of Awards/Agreements and ATOregulations
* High-level data entry accuracy and intermediate MS Officeskills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Experience in local government or HRIS administration(desirable)
