Build strong, relationship-based practice with children, families and partner agencies. Engage families using motivational approaches to understand risk and need. Make informed decisions on whether statutory intervention is required or step-down support is appropriate. Complete robust risk assessments and develop effective plans to safeguard children. For This Role You Will Need A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree, CQSW, CSS or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Minimum of 3 years post-qualified social work experience. Completion of ASYE. Experience of working within UK statutory children's services, ideally within an assessment or frontline team. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
