Job Description

In this full-time, permanent role, you will effectively bridge the gap between our internal departments, external installation teams, and clients. The Sales & Contracts Administrator will serve as the central hub of communication and documentation.


Key Responsibilities

* Act as a key point of contact for customer queries relating to quotations, orders, deliveries, and installations.
* Provide regular updates to customers and internal departments on order status.
* Process customer quotes/ orders and supplier purchase orders accurately within required timelines.
* Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to confirm delivery schedules and lead times.
* Liaise with clients, internal teams, and installation team to arrange product installation/repair.
* Support the preparation of job files, documentation for site delivery, and installation.
* Ensure all paperwork complies with company and industry standards.
* Maintain organised records and filing systems.
* Support the wider team with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as required.
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the department.


Skills & Experience Required

* Authorised to work in United Kingdom
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Team-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
* Proven experience in a similar Sales Administrator or Contracts Administrator role would be advantageous but not essential.
