ERM, the world's largest pure play sustainability consultancy, is seeking a talented Stakeholder Manager in Capital Project Delivery. You’ll be at the Managing Consultant level, between Senior and Principal Consultant. Hybrid working is available from any of our 16 UK offices, with a preference for Manchester, Bristol, or London.


Responsibilities

1. Manage stakeholder engagement programmes on DCO infrastructure projects, including scope and budget.
2. Assist with Impact Assessments such as Environmental, Community, Socio-Economic, and Health Impact Assessments.
3. Collaborate with Project Managers, EIA managers, and Planners to ensure alignment with consenting requirements.
4. Lead stakeholder engagement with clients and advise on consultation activities.
5. Prepare reports and materials for engagement and consultation, including plans, materials, and summaries.
6. Engage with project stakeholders including local authorities, government, and statutory bodies.
7. Contribute to business development, including proposals, client presentations, and marketing initiatives.


Essential Skills

1. Degree in Environmental, EIA, Planning, Sustainability, or ESG.
2. Experience with UK Infrastructure Projects and Impact Assessments.
3. Knowledge of UK planning regimes, especially TCPA and DCO processes.
4. Experience in a consultancy environment.
5. Strong project management skills, including scope and budget management.
6. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
7. Proficient report writing and presentation skills.
8. Research, analytical, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
