About the Role
You will be supporting a range of nurseries and early years providers, helping to deliver high-quality childcare and ensuring a safe, stimulating environment for children aged 0–5. This is an ideal role for practitioners who value flexibility while still wanting to make a positive impact in early years education.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality care and learning experiences in line with EYFS standards
* Support children’s developmental needs through play-based learning
* Work collaboratively with permanent staff and follow each setting’s routines
* Maintain a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment
* Build positive relationships with children, staff and parents
Requirements
* Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification (essential)
* Good knowledge of EYFS
* Passion for supporting children’s development
* Ability to adapt to different nursery environments
* Reliability, enthusiasm and strong communication skills
