Following major recent investment, the company is expanding rapidly and this role will be central to building customer relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting the commercial rollout of cutting‑edge sustainable materials technologies.

The Role
* Lead technical customer conversations across composites applications, materials performance, and processing requirements
* Develop and manage relationships with customers, OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and collaborative R&D partners
* Support grant‑funded project development including Innovate UK, APC, and Horizon applications
* Translate customer requirements into actionable development priorities while supporting commercial strategy and market growth
The Person
* Background in composites, advanced materials, or related manufacturing technologies
* Commercial or customer‑facing experience within a technical environment
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
* Comfortable working within a fast‑paced start‑up environment with evolving priorities
