The Marketing Manager plays a central role in delivering Factory International’s audience and income ambitions.
Job Description
Working closely with the Head of Audiences and Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that drive attendance and revenue, ensuring our work reaches and reflects the full diversity of Manchester and beyond.
Alongside artistic programmes, you will also support the marketing of commercial activity including brand partnerships, live music, venue hire and food and beverage, contributing to the organisation’s wider commercial strategy.
Job Requirements
* Considerable experience developing and delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns from strategy through to evaluation
* Good working knowledge of CRM, ticketing and digital marketing software
* Strong track record of delivering against income, sales or audience growth targets
* Experience using data, insight and audience segmentation to inform campaign strategy and optimise performance
* Experience managing campaign budgets and phasing
* Ability to balance artistic ambition with commercial outcomes, making informed decisions to maximise impact and revenue
* Experience working with a range of stakeholders including internal teams, external agencies and partners
* Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to align teams around a clear strategy
* Demonstrable commitment to equity, diversity and inclusive audience development
* Commitment to championing representation and inclusion at every level of the organisation
