Must have experience in accounting services, preferably in an insurance business.

The Role
The role as a Credit Control Advisor will sit within the Finance team. Typical duties will include:
1. Reconciling daily cashbooks
2. Collecting payments/identification from clients
3. Allocating payments to correct client accounts
4. Identify overdue payments and advise account handlers accordingly
5. Ensure timely payments to insurance in accordance to agreed credit terms
6. Providing excellent customer service to clients and colleagues by telephone and email
7. Process and manage finance applications.
Essential Criteria
8. At least 1 years experience providing accounting services, preferably in the insurance industry
9. Good Microsoft Office skills
10. Ability to work in a fast paced environment, with a high volume of transactions
11. High attention to detail
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
