Inventory Handler

We’re recruiting for an Inventory Handler to join a small, close-knit materials team within a highly respected global manufacturer based in Kings Hill. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to play an important role in ensuring the smooth flow of products through the business.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Picking and packing parts for internal departments and external customers
2. Controlling stock levels and supporting with stock counts and replenishment
3. Maintaining accurate digital and physical inventory records
4. Assisting with version testing and ongoing process improvements
5. Identifying bottlenecks and suggesting practical ways to make things more efficient
6. Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional internal service
What we’re looking for:
7. Previous experience in a stock control, warehouse, or inventory environment
8. Confident using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or similar ERP systems)
9. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
10. A proactive problem solver who enjoys improving systems and processes
11. A strong team player with great communication skills
12. Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet all day
