Detail Design Engineer – Marine Projects

Key Responsibilities
Detailed Engineering Design & Documentation:
* Develop and produce precise engineering drawings, 3D models, and comprehensive technical specifications using advanced CAD tools - FORAN.
* Perform detailed calculations, tolerance analysis, and material selection to ensure robust and compliant designs.
* Lead and contribute to design reviews, ensuring strict adherence to Belcan’s Quality Management System (QMS).
Required Skills & Experience
* Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline (or equivalent experience).
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in detailed design within an engineering environment, ideally in Naval.
* Advanced proficiency in CAD software and strong knowledge of engineering analysis tools (e.g., FEA, tolerance stack-up).
* Strong appreciation of environmental impact and sustainability in engineering activities.
