Job Title: Pricing Manager – Multi Analytics
Locations: Bexhill, Leicester, London – Hybrid
Overview
Hastings Direct is a fast‑growing, digitally focused general insurance provider delivering products and services to over 4million customers across the UK.
Responsibilities
* Lead a team of analysts focused on uncovering insights about multi‑product and multi‑policy households.
* Collaborate with modelling, deployment and commercial teams to turn insights into actionable pricing ideas.
* Oversee the end‑to‑end lifecycle of intelligence from discovery through to live deployment.
* Provide management and training to junior members of the team.
* Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and influence decision‑making.
Qualifications
* Strong analytical focus; skill in leveraging data to identify value‑creating opportunities.
* Commercially aware, understanding how pricing changes affect customers.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Experience in insurance, ideally across multiple product or policy lines, and familiarity with the PCW market.
* Proven ability to manage and develop people.
Technical Skills
* SQL – essential.
* Python – strong preference.
* Earnix – nice to have.
