🔍 The Role
As our PPC Manager, you’ll own paid media strategy and performance across a diverse portfolio of clients. From hands-on campaign management to shaping cross-channel strategy, you’ll be the go-to expert for paid search and shopping performance.
You’ll work closely with our digital, creative, and strategy teams to deliver innovative, results-driven campaigns — and you’ll have the freedom to test, learn, and scale.
🧠What You’ll Do
* Plan, execute, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other key platforms
* Lead strategy for paid search, Shopping, Performance Max, and remarketing activity
* Analyse campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and report to clients with clarity and confidence
* Manage budgets effectively, driving maximum ROI and efficiency
* Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align messaging and audience targeting
* Stay ahead of emerging trends, beta features, and algorithm updates
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to agency growth initiatives
🎯 What We’re Looking For
* 3–5+ years’ experience managing PPC campaigns (agency-side preferred)
* Proven success driving measurable growth for clients across multiple sectors
* Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GA4, and tag management
* Confident in using data to tell stories and influence strategy
* Excellent communication skills — client-facing, clear, and commercially minded
* A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
