We're recruiting for an experienced Commercial Property Associate or Senior Associate (5 PQE+) to join our client's established and growing team in Preston. About the Role
You will handle a high‑quality and varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, development projects, secured lending, and portfolio management. You will work closely with a supportive team of specialists while also having the autonomy to manage your own files and client relationships.

About You
We're looking for a lawyer with:
* At least 5 years’ PQE in commercial property
* Strong technical knowledge and the ability to handle a broad range of matters
* Confidence managing client relationships and contributing to business development
* A collaborative approach and willingness to support the wider team
* Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
Experience supervising junior lawyers or supporting team development is desirable, though not essential.
