What you’ll do Being a Continuous Improvement Specialist is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. You will be responsible for assessing the current state, defining new processes, implementing changes, and ensuring adoption through training and documentation. It’s your chance to stir up real success – which means you’ll: Assess, define, and implement improvements for access control, mail scanning, office playbooks, intranet updates, and facilities request processes. Develop and maintain clear process documentation and training materials for new ways of working. Support the implementation of a new facilities request system, ensuring its successful adoption across teams through effective training and communication. Work closely with the Senior Manager, Global Workplace & People Programs to track project updates and maintain a consolidated master tracker. Engage with internal stakeholders to gather feedback, identify process gaps, and drive improvement initiatives. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented changes, adjusting as needed for continuous optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align workplace improvements with broader company objectives. Provide training sessions and workshops to embed new processes across relevant teams. Who you are It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in: Previous experience in process improvement, operations management, or workplace services. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Background in workplace or facilities management is advantageous. Experience working in a global corporate environment. Proactive and self-motivated with a drive to achieve results. Ability to thrive in a fast-moving and dynamic environment. Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
