CTS is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our leadership team. This is a key role responsible for operational delivery, workforce management and service quality across HVAC Testing & Balancing, Pre-Commission Cleaning and Commissioning Support projects throughout the UK and Europe.

What the role involves:
• Overseeing daily operational delivery across multiple simultaneous projects
• Managing engineer allocation, labour planning & resource forecasting
• Working closely with project managers & site teams to maintain programme alignment
• Driving commercial performance, productivity & project efficiency
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards & client specifications
• Reviewing technical reports, quality, documentation & handover packs
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding & workforce growth strategies
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, clients & consultants
• Providing leadership across multiple service lines — HVAC TAB, Pre-Commission Cleaning, Commissioning Support
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Strong operational experience in building services / HVAC / engineering environments
* Proven experience leading teams, managing labour & overseeing workload demand
* Familiar with commercial reporting, procurement & project delivery metrics
* Clear communicator — comfortable interacting at client, site & director level
* Ability to manage pressure, deadlines & multiple moving work fronts
* Highly organised with strong leadership and decision-making capability
* Industry experience in TAB, commissioning or water treatment is advantageous
