We’re looking for an experienced and confident Senior HR Advisor to take on a standalone role, supporting one key site of a larger, multi-site organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys autonomy and variety in their work, while still being part of a wider HR team.
As the on-site HR lead, you’ll be the first point of contact for all people-related matters, working closely with site leadership and reporting into the central HR team. Reporting directly to the Regional HR Business Partner, you will provide expert advice and guidance across a wide range of HR matters, while helping to drive best practice and consistency across all locations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert HR advice to managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, absence, disciplinaries, grievances, and restructures.
2. Support the HR Business Partner with the delivery of HR projects and strategic initiatives.
3. Build strong working relationships with site managers to understand local needs and provide tailored HR support.
4. Drive employee engagement and well-being initiatives across the business.
