£27,785 - £43,325 per annum
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
We are seeking an engaging and resilient GCSE English Teacher to deliver aspirational, purposeful English lessons to students re‑sitting their GCSE, primarily those studying Construction and related vocational programmes.
Responsibilities
Teach GCSE English to re‑sit learners, many of whom are construction students, planning and delivering lessons aligned to the exam board specification and designed to meet their needs. Use effective assessment and feedback strategies, motivate and challenge students, adapt content to be practical and relevant, and manage and positively channel challenging behaviour.
