Join us as an Engineering Fitter Apprentice in our Operations team at Morden and step into a career that shapes, assembles, and maintains the components that keeps the world around us moving.

In this exciting role, you’ll learn how to:

1. Work with materials, tools and machines safely and effectively to create high-quality components and know which tool is right for the job
2. Problem solve as you learn how to apply engineering maths and science to solve real-world problems and keep things running smoothly
3. Get hands on as you learn techniques such as drilling, soldering, threading, and bolting
4. Engineer with pride, with safety and quality built into every step of what you do
5. Communicate and collaborate within a supportive team to meet goals, improve processes, and grow together

What makes you great

6. England and Wales: You have five GCSEs grade A*–C (9–4) and a minimum of two A-levels or a level 3 equivalent qualification
7. Scotland: You have five National 5 qualifications at grade A*–C and a minimum of two Scottish Highers
8. You have to have resided within the UK or Scotland for a minimum of 3 years, aligned to the apprenticeship guidelines
9. You have a passion for developing and learning new skills and knowledge
10. You bring a collaborative spirit and enjoy working with others as part of a team
11. Lastly, you have a good level of communication skills
