Job Title: Meeting & Event Sales Coordinator

As our Meeting & Event Sales Coordinator, you will understand what it means to deliver exceptional hospitality and thrive on exceeding guest expectations. Your main focus will be on our Meetings, Events, and Groups business, managing inquiries, finalizing event details, billing, and record keeping.

In some hotels, we have launched V Works, our co-working business centre. You will be responsible for selling this innovative space, providing excellent service, growing our customer base by identifying new leads, and converting inquiries into members. A personable and sales-driven attitude is essential, along with the ability to offer guests great options while ensuring hotel profitability.

You should be highly attentive, capable of maintaining consistent standards, and possess a proactive attitude. Teamwork is vital in this industry; therefore, you should be a strong team player willing to assist wherever needed.
