Key Accountabilities
1. Achieves individual and team sales and customer targets, KPIs by effectively using available data/systems to better understand own performance and sales opportunities
2. Effectively uses cross- and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
3. Creates an engaging and emotional client experience, offering best in class service. Hosts the client in line with hospitality guidelines and welcome techniques
4. Proactively engages and establishes strong relationships with clients, making the client valued from the moment they enter the store
5. Combines styling knowledge with the ability to mix-and-match products to best serve the client
6. Develops local and international client base and seeks to recruit and develop top clients
Key Requirements
7. Some experience working in a high-end luxury/fashion brand or hospitality
8. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and develop clients
9. Passion for and sound knowledge about Gucci and luxury fashion
10. Works productively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
11. Fluent in English, any additional languages would be a plus
12. Ability to work varied hours/days, including weekends as needed
