Pilgrim's Europe is looking for a Sustainability Projects Manager to join our dedicated Sustainability Team and play a key role in shaping our journey towards Net Zero. What You'll Do
* Manage and deliver sustainability projects across Pilgrim's Europe, ensuring they meet objectives, timescales and budgets.
* Take ownership of our Net Zero inventory, roadmap, and reduction strategy.
* Develop project scopes, goals, deliverables, and comprehensive sustainability project plans.
* Engage key stakeholders at all levels, creating strong buy-in across the business.
* Produce performance reports, risk assessments, and evaluation documentation.
* Coordinate business cases, training programmes, and supplier management to ensure project success.
* Support ESG reporting and maintain project methodology best practices.
What We're Looking For
* Excellent project management knowledge and organisational skills.
* Strong communication, writing, presentation and facilitation skills.
* Experience in contract and supplier management.
* Practical performance management experience.
* Proficiency with project management software tools.
* The flexibility to travel across Pilgrim's Europe's value chain when required.
* A relevant degree in sustainability or related discipline (desirable) and proven experience in a similar role (essential).
