This role will suit people who are/have: qualified in RYA Power Boat Level 2 and have a significant amount of recent power boat experience and competence great at engaging people from all walks of life, with a calm and friendly approach comfortable on the water and be willing to learn about boat craft good communication skillsability to work as part of a team Assistant Harbour Master x 2You’ll become part of a friendly and dedicated team and get to meet new people on a regular basis. You'll also enjoy new experiences and learn new skills, whilst gaining personal satisfaction through supporting our cause. Shifts will be determined by tides, weather and when boats are moored and will be set by the Harbour Master ideally with one month notice in advance.
