We have established a strong presence in the UK healthcare market, offering comprehensive services including digital smile design consultations, treatment planning, and all-inclusive care packages.
Our London office serves as our business hub, where we develop strategic partnerships across multiple international markets and coordinate our global operations. As part of our continued growth in the UK and expansion into new international markets, we are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
·Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy focusing on partnerships with dental practices, healthcare providers, and insurance companies across the UK and international markets.
·Identify and establish strategic business relationships to grow Dentalfly's market presence in the UK and expand our international network.
·Lead direct sales activities from our London office, including prospecting, client outreach, and negotiations with decision-makers.
·Collaborate closely with the UK-based marketing and operations teams to align business development efforts with our brand and market needs.
·Manage client relationships throughout the UK and internationally to ensure repeat business, high satisfaction, and long-term growth.
·Prepare performance reports to track sales metrics, market trends, and business impact for the UK management team.
·Keep updated with developments in the UK healthcare sector, international medical travel regulations, and cross-border healthcare opportunities.
·Attend regular meetings at our London office and represent the company at UK healthcare industry events.
·Participate in quarterly business reviews and strategy sessions with the UK leadership team.
Required Skills and Experience
·Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or account management within the UK healthcare sector.
·Fluency in both Turkish and English (spoken and written).
·Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders in the UK healthcare industry.
·Knowledge of UK healthcare systems and international medical travel regulations.
·Ability to analyse market data, identify growth opportunities in the UK market, and report on performance.
·Excellent communication and presentation skills suitable for the UK business environment.
·Willingness to travel occasionally for business meetings and industry events across the UK and internationally.
