Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing support to our staff.
Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a tidy and efficient workspace.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
* Provide clerical support such as filing, photocopying, and managing correspondence.
* Answer phone calls professionally, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
* Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for staff members.
* Organise office supplies and inventory management to ensure availability of necessary materials.
* Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Requirements
* Ability to use Microsoft packages and be able to demonstrate IT literacy.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication.
* Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in data entry tasks.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Familiarity with general office procedures and clerical tasks.

* One year of previous experience in an office or similar role
* Experience in the transport industry / eager to learn
* Experience with the Removal Manager Application
