The Education Network are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant and welcoming school community in Allerton, Bradford. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Early Years Teaching Assistant to make a real difference in the lives of young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate learning activities
2. Assist in the planning and preparation of resources for the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
3. Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
4. Provide one-to-one and small group support to children, including those with additional needs
5. Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
6. Help with personal care routines where necessary
What We’re Looking For:
7. Experience working with children in an early years setting (school or nursery)
8. A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in childcare or education
9. A warm, caring, and patient approach
10. Strong communication and teamwork skills
11. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
