NQ - 2 PQE Legal Executive / Solicitor - Dispute Resolution
Location: Bristol
Are you an ambitious newly qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a passion for commercial dispute resolution? My client is a Top 100 firm seeking a driven individual to join their highly regarded Dispute Resolution Team.
As part of this leading team, you will have the opportunity to engage in complex, high-value, and rewarding work, supported by an environment that encourages professional growth and excellence.
You'll be expected to independently manage a caseload of files, ensuring effective and timely case handling on a broad and varied mix of commercial dispute matters including:
* Professional negligence
* Commercial contracts
* Warranty disputes
* Disputes arising out of corporate acquisitions
You can expect to work closely with leading partners and senior lawyers who are experts in their field.
The ideal candidate will be:
* A newly qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a background in commercial dispute resolution, ideally gained in a regional or national firm.
* A strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
