This is a full‑time role, working 37 hours per week.
Interviews for this role will take place on‑site, at one of our college campuses in Weston-super-Mare.
As a Digital Campaigns Officer, you will be responsible for the implementation, monitoring and optimisation of the Weston College Group’s digital advertising campaigns to support student recruitment, employer engagement and brand awareness.
Day to day duties of the role
* Implement targeted PPC campaigns and email marketing activity to promote Weston College Group open events, including paid social, search and remarketing campaigns to drive registrations.
* Support the digital promotion of new course launches and annual recruitment campaigns for 16–19, adult learning and higher education provision.
* Implement digital campaigns that support apprenticeship recruitment, targeting both prospective apprentices and employers.
* Implement remarketing campaigns to re‑engage users who have previously visited course pages or recruitment content on the website.
Required skills and qualifications
* Degree, Level 4/5 qualification, or equivalent experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
* Experience implementing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including paid social media and search advertising.
* Experience managing digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads or similar.
* Experience creating and delivering email marketing campaigns.
