Purpose of the Role
Join The Flex, a leading provider of flexible accommodation, as a Customer Service Agent dedicated to delivering seamless guest experiences. You’ll be the first point of contact for renters, guiding them from check-in to check-out while resolving issues and ensuring comfort and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to guest inquiries via email, phone, and in-person
* Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations
* Resolve complaints and service issues promptly
* Coordinate check-ins, key handovers, and property orientations
* Share local recommendations and support guest enjoyment
* Maintain accurate CRM records of guest interactions
* Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams
* Represent The Flex brand with professionalism and warmth
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
Required:
* Experience in customer service or hospitality
* Excellent verbal and written communication in English
* Calm, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
* Familiarity with CRM systems and office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
* Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team
* Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays
