Residential Support Worker – Full Time | Permanent
We are looking for caring, committed, and enthusiastic Residential Support Workers to join our dedicated team, supporting children and young people within a residential care setting. Key Responsibilities
* Supporting children and young people in their day‑to‑day lives.
* Building positive and trusting relationships with young people.
* Completing daily recordings, reports, and other required documentation.
* Contributing to care planning and risk assessments.
* Supporting educational, social, and recreational activities.
* Maintaining a safe and nurturing home environment.
* Attending team meetings, supervision sessions, and training events.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals.
* Acting as a positive role model for young people and new team members.
* Supporting senior staff and shift leaders in delivering high‑quality care.
Training & Development
* A comprehensive induction programme.
* Full training on internal systems and procedures.
* Access to extensive online and face‑to‑face training.
* Regular fortnightly supervision and ongoing support.
* Opportunities to complete the QCF Level 4 qualification.
* Development in completing risk assessments, care plans, and document checks.
