What you will be doing? To review and process prosecution files in accordance with the Manual of Guidance for the preparation, processing and submission of files To receive, review and allocate Early First Hearing (EFH) and Early Administrative Hearing (EAH) cases, Remands, Summons, Caution and Conditional Caution cases for preparation. To assist in the running of the office on a day to day basis, the management, development and coaching of staff within the section, including PDR, and to assist in recruitment and selection processes. To highlight quality assurance issues or deficiencies as well as good performance in relation to evidential files reviewed and to ensure that management information is collated in this regard. To liaise with operational police officers and police staff in relation to deficiencies in evidential file submissions.
