Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor ready to take the next step in your career? Were looking for someone ambitious and commercially focused to join our team, with a clear route to Managing Surveyor within 1224 months.
Youll be working across a range of new build affordable housing and education projects throughout the Manchester region, supporting a small, established team of three Surveyors and one Assistant, and reporting directly to the Managing Director.
Were after a confident and proactive individual who can take ownership of projects, support others in the team, and help drive the business forward.

Youll be:
Managing costs from procurement through to final accounts
Supporting and mentoring junior team members
Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues
Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
