Due to growth within our Global Well Services division we are looking for a Global Product Manager for Perforation Solutions. This role is permanent and there is flexibility on the location of the role within our Archer Well Services teams. This is an ideal opportunity for someone within Archer with the relevant experience and who is ready for next step in their development. The Global Product Manager- Perforation Solutions has responsibility over the overall performance, strategy and product lifecycle of the product portfolio with the objective to ensure a high level of service quality, growth and return on investment. The Role will have close collaboration with the appropriate regional Operations Managers, BDM functions, and Engineering. Key responsibilities (not limited to) Accountable for the overall performance, strategy and product lifecycle of the product portfolio Supports operations with job design, planning and tech support on complex/critical projects and/or new market entry Assists global leadership with project prioritization, global asset fleet management and CAPEX budget for respective portfolio Technical custodian of job feasibility and risk management for respective portfolio. Initiates and monitors completion progress of PRAs for complex/critical projects Responsible for updating and maintaining operational procedures, checklists and risk assessments for assigned portfolio In collaboration with the Engineering department, defines the product strategy of assigned portfolio Be the link between SPS and Operations for sustaining projects and Service bulletin Help develop training material and competency matrix Attends customer meetings, customer technology presentation and trade shows as required Supports BDM/Sales as applicable, e.g. for technical write-ups and performance data in global tenders Education A minimum of a bachelor degree is required. Relevant disciplines are engineering, business and management. Experience can compensate for a lack of formal education.
