Your New Role
Our client is a global financial services organisation, who are looking for an ambitious and professional EA to support their Managing Director. Initially joining on an interim basis you will be placed into a very high paced position where you will conduct a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, complete and inbox diary management, minute taking, preparing meeting and briefing materials, travel arrangement, expense management, organising meetings, planning events and creating agendas.
Ensuring Your Success
You will be an Executive Assistant, with a demonstrable track record supporting director level individuals. We are looking for a hyper organised individual, with excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbally. You will have a background in providing world class support, ideally within a global business. Having the ability to work autonomously is key to this role, also being technically savvy and able to pick up new systems will be a key to your success.
