We are looking for a Lead Stock Control Administrator for a full-time, permanent role in Blackpool.

What will your role look like?
* Liasing with the office warehouse and Field team to support timely and accurate order processing and distribution
* Stock management, included but not limited to –
o Regular and ad hoc stock order management
o Monitor delivery times and manage delays to minimise impact
o Source alterative products as required
o Producing regular stock reports to monitor minimum stocks, stock valuation, stock movement etc
* Monitoring and managing alternative logistic processes
* Liaise with suppliers and review pricing levels where required
* Build relationships with our customers
* Review monthly KPI stock level targets
* Manage and continuously improve internal processes for improved efficiencies
* Monitor and provide training, supporting your team to progress and improve
* Work alongside and collaboratively with all departments including Field team, Production, R&D and IT supporting projects
* Understand and ensure accounting processes are followed
* Adhere to, and monitor Health and Safety and Quality Standards
Requirements –
Strengths in multi-tasking, time management and customer service skills.
Ability to appreciate basic technical information – although previous experience in this industry not required.
Solid background working with database systems – preferably CRM and / or WMS based programs
Proven skills with Microsoft packages – including excel
