Job Description
In late January, we announced that Bridgefield Capital signed an agreement to acquire Philips’ Emergency Care business, including brands like HeartStart AEDs, Intrepid and DFM100 defibrillators, Tempus systems, and informatics solutions. The transaction is expected to close at the end of 2025.
Building on our 40+ years of innovation in emergency medical technology, the Emergency Care business will continue pursuing our mission of saving lives, reducing healthcare costs, and advancing resuscitation science, serving public access AED, EMS, military, and hospital markets.
As part of an agile company with dedicated resources, you’ll have opportunities to join the new organization ('NewCo'), grow professionally, and make a significant impact in the acute care space, supporting consumers, patients, and healthcare workers relying on our life-saving solutions.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Supporting document control activities, producing lean quality system documents, and ensuring content quality.
2. Serving as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for document control processes and tools.
3. Using metrics to manage and optimize the document review process, ensuring the latest revisions are used.
4. Maintaining the document management system and registers for quick retrieval and proper issuance.
5. Ensuring proper classification, sorting, filing, and archiving of documents per requirements.
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
7. Offering hybrid work options from our new Farnborough offices, with flexibility to support work-life balance.
8. Offering a competitive salary, annual bonus, and benefits—discuss these with your recruiter.
Qualifications:
* Experience in change control or document control, with skills in reviewing and editing content with proper revision control.
* Strong organizational skills to manage a fast-paced, changing environment with multiple stakeholders.
* Experience in regulated environments, ideally medical devices, but other industries with a focus on content accuracy are welcome.
* Proficiency with MS Office and document control tools.
If you meet many but not all criteria, we encourage you to apply, as you might still be a good fit for this or other roles at Philips. Learn about our diversity and inclusion initiatives.

* Seniority level: Not Applicable
* Employment type: Full-time
* Job function: Administrative
